Wellness professionals employed by preapproved collaborating agencies and organizations—including the VA, UAMS, Baptist Health, Arkansas State Police and the Arkansas Department of Health—may qualify for an expedited verification process. Because these organizations already conduct background checks and verify professional licenses or certifications, the Arkansas Wellness Network’s $60 verification fee is waived.
